As well as being a keynote speaker at conferences and events, I can offer Christian workshops and workers training for departments and organisations at large.
I am able to deliver on any topic of your choice. However, after an initial consultation, I am able to suggest specific topics based on needs identified.

Turn On The Light
Turn On The Light is my inspiration by coaching service, where I provide personal or group coaching using the tools from the International Coaching Federation and skills from the John Maxwell Leadership Toolkit. This is not mentoring, consulting, counselling or training. This is your space to be you and to be coached.
So, if you are stuck on an idea or a goal and wondering how to move forward, or if you are really looking for someone to inspire you and your team, then it's time to turn on the light.
This is your space to be you, to find your light and harness your salt. I will be your coach to turn on the light and keep it on until set goals are achieved.

My Approach
Thank you for taking interest in the transformational services I can offer you and your team. All my services are tailored to the needs of my clients.
Engagement begins following an initial consultation to understand clients needs and required services. Thereafter, a non-refundable deposit is made and the contract is explained and signed, detailing the terms and conditions of engagement.
This contract has to be agreed by all parties. Upon the receipt of clients signed contract and the confirmation that the initial deposit has been paid, a delivery date is set. This is the date of the speaking or training engagement or the kick-off of a coaching block session.

A minimum of two weeks between signing the agreement and the training delivery date is required for all speaking events and christian workshops.

Turn On The Light (Inspiration By Coaching)
This is an 8 weeks minimum service offered virtually. Each session lasts for 45 minutes. Additional sessions can be purchased at the end of the 8 weeks period if needed.

The drive of this service is establishing, navigating and achieving set goals. It is important that clients engage completely to enjoy the full benefit of this transformational service.

​Confidentiality:
As defined clearly in my terms of service, which is made available to each client upon initial consultation, I abide by the strict ethical principles of confidentiality as laid out by the International Federation of Coaching. All discussions are treated with strict confidentiality and on no occasion will they be disclosed to 3rd parties except certain exclusions do exist, eg, self harm. in which case, I am bound by law to alert the relevant authorities and signpost for further specific professional help.
